If you fund an account that has not previously had any financial transactions, its region may change to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, or another similar region, and its currency to CIS $ (or other).

To speed up the process, detail what happened and copy the transaction ID from the history on the Play Wallet website.
Steam recharge gift cards are a quick and convenient way to replenish your wallet in a favorable way.
To top up your Steam account with a gift card, select the required amount and quantity. After successful payment you will receive a recharge card code in the currency of your choice, which can be activated in the Steam account settings. The funds will be credited as soon as the code is activated.
Log in to your account and go to the "Games" section. Click "Use Steam Wallet Code" and enter the code received after payment. Confirm the activation — the money will be credited instantly.
After successful payment, the gift code will be displayed on the screen or available in the history on the Play Wallet website.
