Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) is an urban action title from HoYoverse. Premium currency — Monochrome — converts 1:1 into Polychrome, used for Signal Search (wishes for Agents and W-Engines).
Top-up goes by UID and server. Official channel — PlayWallet routes payment directly to miHoYo / HoYoverse.
Inter-Knot Membership and New Eridu City Fund are separate products (analogs of Welkin Moon and BP in Genshin), giving daily Polychromes for 30 days.
Things to keep in mind
- Always pick the correct server (America / Europe / Asia / TW_HK_MO) and UID. Top-up goes ONLY to that account.
- UID is 9 digits. Typo means the Polychromes land on a stranger's account — no refund.
- First purchase of each Monochrome denomination gives double Polychromes (First-Time Bonus) — once per denom.
- Final purchase. No refunds once Monochrome / Polychrome are credited.
