GIFT CARD
Card for regional Apple accounts — tops up the balance of App Store, iTunes, Apple Music and other services in the selected country.
A regional Apple gift card issued for specific countries — Brazil, Turkey, India and other regions where Apple still uses the legacy App Store & iTunes branding.
The balance can be spent on App Store, iTunes, Apple Music, iCloud+, Apple Arcade, Apple TV+ and other Apple services within the selected region. A convenient way to pay for subscriptions and purchases in local currency without a bank card.
In the US, Canada, Europe and the UK, Apple rebranded these cards as Apple Gift Card in 2020. In Brazil, Turkey, India and several other countries the legacy iTunes/App Store format is still in use.
Open the App Store on iPhone, iPad or Mac, or visit apple.com/redeem from a computer.
Sign in with the Apple ID of the matching region (Brazil → BR, Turkey → TR, India → IN, etc.).
Tap your profile icon → 'Redeem Gift Card or Code'.
Enter the 16-digit code from your email (or scan it with the camera). The amount is credited to your Apple ID balance instantly.
Subscription and app pricing in these regions is often much lower than in the US. For example, Apple Music and YouTube Premium in Turkey and India are several times cheaper than in the US. A regional card lets you top up such an account legally.
No. The card only works on an account of the same region. To redeem you need an Apple ID registered in Brazil (or the country matching the card).
Create a new Apple ID at appleid.apple.com selecting the desired country. Do not attach a payment method — choose 'None' for payment, and the balance will only be topped up by gift cards.
The code itself has no expiry. Once redeemed, the balance stays on the Apple ID indefinitely and can be spent gradually on any purchases within the region.
